Saint Patrick's Day is just days away so I decided to get busy in the kitchen making some tasty green treats. They are delish and look so festive and fun! Even little leprechauns (aka...your children) can help with this easy snack!
I simply dipped pretzels into melting chocolate and showered them with a generous heaping of sprinkles. The white ones are vanilla with peanut butter! YUM! Mix in a little peanut butter with the melted vanilla chips until you get just the right peanut butter and vanilla mix (leprechauns are helpful for this taste test). I thought about adding peanut butter to the chocolate...but not until I was almost done...so maybe next time.
Any fun plans for St. Patti's? With the rain forecast, I might be found looking for my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Love your pretzel sticks. I totally tried to make white chocolate covered pretzels this weekend and ruined two batches. How do you get your white chocolate to melt just right? What kind do you use?
