I love a good comfort food and potato wedges is one of my favorite to make at home! They are so easy to make with a big bag of potatoes! They are great to pop a few in when we are having burgers but they can also feed an army when it comes to entertaining! A huge crowd pleaser that only requires a few ingredients.
I usually just buy the biggest and cheapest bag of russet potatoes I can find at the store. I then cut them up in wedges and toss with olive oil and some Red Robin seasoning. If you are not lucky enough to have a Red Robin near you (I am very sorry) you can also toss these with garlic powder, salt, and pepper!
They are a perfect addition to a summer barbecue but work well any time of year!
Homemade Potato Wedges
-Russet potatoes
-Olive Oil
-Seasoning: Red Robin Seasoning or Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper
Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss in olive oil and seasoning. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes (rotating baking sheets at around 30 minutes). After fully cooked, you can sample the wedges to check seasoning. Add more seasoning if needed.
