Cream 1/2 c butter, softened, and 1/4 c sugar.
Mix in 1 c flour.
Place in pie pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 15 mins.
Beat together:
8 oz. cream cheese (I used nonfat)
6 oz. lemon yogurt (I used 4 oz. peach, 2 oz. vanilla)
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c heavy whipping cream (I used 1 c of light cool whip)
3 Tbs. confectioner's sugar (I used granulated)
Pour into cooled pie crust.Garnish with blueberries (I obviously used peaches and a little more of the pie filling!) and refrigerate. We couldn't wait though--we ate that thing right then and there. ;)
Yum! Who knows how the real recipe turned out but we sure found a gem! lol!
Gotta use up that delicious fresh fruit before it goes bad! I was thinking that Brent is not a huge fan of the fruit or cream cheese desserts and might like it with a little chocolate. Maybe next time I will try adding some crumbled oreos in the crust and/or pie filling then garnish it with cookies on top...oh boy, the sugar goodness is endless! Happy baking!

ReplyDeleteYum - thanks for pulling up an oldie, but goodie. This is a post worthy of some comments because the recipe is easy and looks delish. Thanks for sharing. :)
ReplyDeletelooks great!
ReplyDeleteto make the lemon blueberry one, did you just use lemon yogurt and blueberries in place of the peach and peaches?
That looks great!
ReplyDeleteThis looks delish! I love peaches.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! This looks perfect for a warm summer day!
ReplyDeleteI think I have had this with a shortbread crust
ReplyDeleteMy husband loves fruit. This will be nice to make as I can use different kinds of fruit each time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great and easy recipe!!
This is drool worthy! I have made fruit pizza before using a cream cheese/marshmallow fluff spread to go over the cookie, but the yogurt is probably a little less sugar-rush inducing ;)
ReplyDeleteYum. Love this idea. If you want to, I am posting a recipe link over at Momtrends. Just add your favorite recipe here:
