It is a fun-filled cupcake weekend for me...I will be making the
baby shower cupcakes today (thanks to all of your fantabulous input!). I am going to do my best at observing
lent...I figured one taste test would be allowed for the sake of making sure they taste okay! Plus I am super excited to meet the lovely Tracey Buxton from
Notes from a Cottage Industry at the
Sacramento Antique Fair on Sunday. Me and my girlfriend are going to get up at the butt crack of dawn to score some of the best deals! Also this will be my first bloggy-real-life meeting! I made her this darling little cupcake ornament because she truly is the cupcake queen and is the inspiration behind the cupcakes I will be baking today.
Do you think she will love it?
If you get a chance, go say hi and tell her your
crazy cupcake friend sent ya!
Yes, she will like it! I plan on going too.. I didn't know you were close to Sac. We are about an hour away! Maybe I will meet you there too!
ReplyDeleteLove that cupcake!! I am positive your cupcakes will turn out good...everything you do turns out great. :)
ReplyDeleteEvery cook has to "taste" their creations - they even say so on Top Chef!
ReplyDeleteHave no doubt all will be great. You'll have to post which cupcake design you decided on.. can't wait to see. Enjoy your weekend and have a great evening...
