My shabby outdoor cabana is in the making...who knows where this fabric came from...but I sure have a lot of it.
Cutting it into panels...
Thrift store outdoor umbrella.
With a miracle I think it might just happen...
p.s. I am basking in the Hawaiin sun as you read this! :)
p.p.s. This is blog post number 96...100 is coming...keep checking back!!!
How are you decorating the backyard for summer?
Can't wait to see the backyard cabana when finished.
ReplyDeleteLucky you in Hawaii!! Enjoy.

We just had a new patio poured last summer. Hopefully we can get furniture this year. Otherwise, it will be old quilts on the grass while we sit and watch the kiddos play.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you come up with...I'm sure it will be great.
Enjoy the sun!
I am so jealous! (Of your cabana and the Hawaii trip!) Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. :)
ReplyDeleteI'll be happy if my husband will just build our deck this summer. I'd also like to start a small vegetable garden. :)
I'm trying to decorate my patio... I just can't work things right. Have fun in the sun!

ReplyDeleteAshley, I love the fabric. It's so drapey and romantic. I do have a place out in the sun .. I have a hammock, a small patio, chair and table and now I'm adding some tuelle to drape around the area. It rains a lot here so I want something that wont get too affected by the weather.. can't wait to see your finished project.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the cabana!
ReplyDeleteIt's still too rainy here for outdoor decor! :(
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for your 100th post!

So jealous of you - I'm just trying to get grass in our backyard this year!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like it is going to be awesome, Ashley! Can't wait to see it! We opened the pool on Tuesday and I just made-over the pool house and posted it. I'm so happy with the outcome. I think next I might repaint all of the pool furniture. It needs it. It is an ugly hunter green my MIL painted it in the 80's!
