I recently found these adorable silicone terracotta looking cupcake pots at Cost Plus World Market. They set the theme for our Easter breakfast. I know, call me crazy. But a tid-bit of this and that made for a delicious but not extra heavy morning meal (minus the cupcakes…those were taken home to devour later).

I too am an oatmeal eater...love to add nuts, dried fruit and flaxseed to mine. Funny though, I had a brunch for Easter.. same idea. Omelets, crepes, fruit, homefries...it was great to be with family!!
