Baby Onesies

CIMG0032I am entering the season of life of babies.  Many of my friends and family members are entering into parenthood for the first time, and so my gift giving ways are being broadened into baby.  CIMG0010 I dug through my drawer of scrap fabric…CIMG0014 Created some baby themed stencils…purchased some onesies…CIMG0016 And put some Wonder Under to work…CIMG0020 Cut out pattern, iron on Wonder Under, iron onto onesie…easy peasy…Wonder Under comes with all the directions. CIMG0021 And they are pretty darn cute if you ask me.  CIMG0026 CIMG0028 CIMG0029 CIMG0031 Have you made any fun baby gifts?

  1. LOVE!!!!! Thank you for showing how you use Wonder Under. I've been wanting to try something like this, but wasn't sure how/what to use. The latest gift I've made was a cute baby blanket for my sister. :)

  2. I'm so making some of these! I love the little apple and carrot. I've got a number of photos saved of homemade onesies that I'd like to recreate and those are definatly going into my file. I can't wait to make some!

  3. Those are so sweet. I like to stamp the baby's name and birth date onto a spoon and then put it in a frame.

  4. OMG the business tie one is adorable. I love me an "executive in training"!!! I would actually put that one on a baby girl. It would allow the baby to make a fashion statement, and a women's lib statement at the same time.

  5. Adorable! I am making one for my friends little girls 1st birthday. It's a pink and brown cupcake theme. Can't wait!

  7. Super cute!

My new go-to baby gift is this stuffed monster toy, which you can see for yourself here. (It used McCalls pattern 5826, which is completely beginner-friendly.) After you've made the first one, they're super easy, and you can do all kinds of different things with the color, the facial expression, and other embellishments. I'm in the process of making a yellow one for a little girl right now!
