Best Friends for Frosting Relaunch Party at West Elm Roseville

Best Friends for Frosting Relaunch Part at West Elm Roseville

Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Best Friends for Frosting relaunch party at the West Elm store in Roseville.  Best Friends for Frosting is an adorable and beautiful lifestyle blog dreamed up by the lovely Melissa Johnson who recently just relaunched the website with a new look and focus.

You know it is going to be a good party when it is put on by a blogger who specializes in sweet treats, DIY, and entertaining!  There were some lovely local businesses that provided delicious sweets and swag.

Sweet Cakes by Rebecca provided plenty of pink and gold cupcakes and cake pops.  The strawberry cake pops were to die for!

Not only were things tasty but the display was beautiful!  What an easy and cute idea to line a serving dish with sprinkles under your dessert!  Remembering this for my next party!

We also got to try Silk Road Soda that is made from local, organic ingredients!  All the flavors were delicious and so fresh!

And how cute is this ice cream bike cart!  Popcycle Creamery served up some amazing ice cream concoctions!

And of course West Elm provided plenty of eye candy.  I am always so in love with their bowls.

They had a bunch of paper flowers and wreaths for sale.  I picked up a few for my office and my friend Deb made for a pretty cute flower child!

Giggle and Riot provided an adorable photo booth lined with cupcake liners and fun props!

Confetti from The Confetti Bar was everywhere!  I found some on my foot, in my purse, and down my shirt when I got home!

Me and my plus one for the night, trying out the photo booth...

When it came time to try out the confetti, we couldn't quite get it right!  Explains why I had confetti everywhere when I got home!

We ended the night with Melissa showing us a presentation of the table she designed for the event.  I loved how she mixed metallics and pops of pink.  One of my favorite combinations right now.

Special thanks to Unseen Heroes for inviting me out to this great event.  It was so fun to be a part of as well as meet a ton of local bloggers and vendors!  Be sure to check out Best Friends for Frosting for lots of inspiring ideas for plenty of entertaining and DIY tips!
