The holiday season is here and I hope it has been a merry one for you so far! As I shared before, we started "decking the halls" a few days after Halloween! It has been so fun to savor the season, slowly decorate, and enjoy some Christmas activities with my kids. Here is a compilation of all the decor and festive activities we have been doing the past month and a half. I hope you enjoy the tour! It is always a joy to share with you each year. xo
A Merry entrance made on my Letterfolk tile mat!
I loved putting up wreaths on all the windows at our Virginia home. We continued that tradition here. The wreaths and bows are all from Walmart. They are perfect and inexpensive for decorating lots of windows!
I had high hopes of painting our front door white before Christmas but my pregnancy carpal tunnel has come back in full force. So I missed my short window to paint. Hopefully by next year, these decorations will pop on a white door!
The bow on the fountain is pretty much my most favorite detail EVER!
Inside our house we have a little bit of Christmas sprinkled all around.
We put up some new shelves around the fireplace that now serves as a focal point for some decor. I will share more about our little project soon!
When your almost two year old gets into everything, you have to be creative! A few presents on display...and out of reach until Christmas!

I found two different sugar cookie decorating kits at the store and they were perfect for my busy little ones! No baking and just some fun decorating was all about I could handle during this pregnancy!
The backside of our house faces the street so I really wanted to decorate the back as well. We purchased a few more wreaths and bows and managed to snag some much coveted Christmas lights mid December. It is so fun to walk or drive by and to be able to see our decorated home.
The tree can also be seen from the street if you are looking!
