Do the things I know I need to do // There is
a lot of hustle and bustle this time of year. It is easy to lose sight
of my focus that protects my time, sanity, and peace. So I come back to
doing the things I know I need to do.
+ a little caffeine when I start to get grumpy
+ powersheets when I start to waste time
+ journal the good moments when I start getting impatient with my kids
+ practice gratitude - another day of life, a cozy home, simple everyday pleasures - we truly have so much
+ extending thankfulness to others who have served me/shown generosity
+ simplifying my possessions - less to care for means less stress
+ taking note of small slow progress - I’m reaching goals little by little
+ reading books and less articles when the world seems to spiral too quickly for me
