This year for Saint Patrick's Day we had breakfast for dinner including shamrock shaped waffles. It was super easy to put together while still feeling extra fun and festive.
For the waffles I used my heart shaped waffle maker and colored the batter with green food coloring. I also used my rapid egg cooker, which I love, for an easy protein side. And then I added lots of berries and homemade whipped cream. YUM.
