S'more Ice Cream Sandwiches

This is one of my favorite summer treats! We love s'mores in general. But s'more ice cream sandwiches!? No fire required! I shared this recipe briefly years ago. But we make it so much I thought it deserved its own post.

S'more ice cream sandwiches are always a huge hit. They are very easy to make and kid friendly. We love them.

S'more Ice Cream Sandwiches

- Tillamook Udderly Chocolate Ice Cream (white chocolate and chocolate!)

- Graham crackers

- Mini marshmalllows

Scoop ice cream onto graham crackers (I like this 2 oz scoop for perfectly portioned ice cream and baked goods). Top with mini marshmallows. Top with another graham cracker and pop into the freezer.

My little helper from 2020! He is now eight and his little brother is wearing these pajamas currently (with the pants made into shorts because hand me downs). Time you are a thief.
